On Arrival at Bristol Airport please exit the Arrivals hall and proceed to Bus stop 3, the bus will travel to and from the Car Rental Village every 10 Minutes. The Bus is a shared bus with the Silver Zone Parking and will be signed for Car rental and Silver Zone parking. On arrival at the Car rental Village please enter the building and Alamo, Enterprise, National are in front of you to the left. We look forward to welcoming you to our fantastic new facility.

Driver's age

30 to 99 years.

Customers who fall outside the age limitations will not be able to hire a car unless there is a young or senior driver fee specified in this section. Please note that if applicable, this fee will be included in the rental price and will be payable on arrival at the rental desk in the local currency.

Travel Restrictions

No vehicles rented from Enterprise can be taken out of the UK Mainland except for travel to Shetland Islands, Northern Ireland or the Republic of Ireland, although the vehicle must be returned to the territory where it was rented. Please note there is a charge of £125 per rental to take the vehilce to Northern and Republic of Ireland —please contact the local branch prior to collection of the vehicle to arrange this. 48 hours notice is required to take a vehicle cross border.

Customers must always inform the rental branch of their intention to leave the country with the vehicle and require authorisation. Additional charges apply.
